On-site and virtual oversight of construction progress across MEP and controls systems relevant to commissioning.
Readiness Tracking
Coordinating Level 1 design/installation verification, Level 2 startup preparation, and Level 3 functional test readiness.
Pinch-Point Identification
Surfacing sequencing conflicts, submittal delays, trade coordination gaps, and testing readiness issues before they cost schedule.
Leadership Reporting
Regular reporting to project leadership on readiness status, open risks, and mitigation recommendations.
Cx Agent Coordination
Direct communication with the project's Commissioning Agent to support a clean, well-documented Level 3 to Level 4 handoff.
Turnover Review
Reviewing punch lists and turnover documentation prior to Cx Agent engagement at Level 4.

We are not the Commissioning Agent of record, and we do not perform functional performance testing or issue commissioning certifications. That separation keeps our reporting to owners and general contractors independent, focused on schedule, sequencing, and readiness risk, with no conflict of interest with the CxA on your project.
